Curved Roof

There are different types of curved roofs available. Some curved roof styles include: cranked, convex, and old gothic. A cranked roof is a continuous roof line with a curve on top instead to form a curved peak at the top of the roof, rather than the more traditional straight sloping sections meeting at the peak as in a pitched roof. A convex roof has a shape similar to a U shape, with a simple convex shape. An old gothic roof uses both concave and convex curves in the one steel sheet. This creates a gentle S shape.

A cantilevered roof is a roof that overhangs so instead of having supports for every point of the roof, a cantilevered roof supports itself.
